The Look: All around sexy looking shoe. I’m not overly fond of the clear heel and think it would have been nicer if it were fabric covered or even with a strip (or two or three) of the rhinestones. The T-bar and the strap around the ankle combined with a very sweet purple tinged blue should catch the attention of everyone.
The Fit: Do I even need to say it? This one is another that’s a half-size up. The wider width is so rare that, honestly, most of my collection are size 7. This one is pretty good fit, even so, and while there is shoe beyond both the toe and heel, it’s not enough that the shoe is obviously too long. The strap across the toes is a little snug and is positioned so that it almost disappears the little toe.
Comfort: Wearing them isn’t the problem, even with a snug toe strap. Walking is entirely a different thing. Only the toe strap and the center straps down from the T-bar connect to the sole. The ankle strap doesn’t. Normal walking, therefore, lifts the heel off the shoe, which is a bit disconcerting at the least.
