The Look: Who doesn’t love peacocks? And clear jewels? And black satin? All in all, a very pretty shoe and by one of my favorite brands. From the ankle strap to the open toe, it’s a shoe that crosses the line from pump to sandal and back again.
The Fit: Quite nice for a half size up. There’s a little room in the heel cup, but the toe looks perfect, though just a bit snug.
Comfort: Snug in the toe box might cause problems with long periods, but it doesn’t bind enough to make it uncomfortable for events and evening wear. There’s enough platform to counteract the 4.5 inch heel so even walking and standing aren’t a huge problem.
