The Look: It’s a pretty shoe with nice smoke colored rhinestones across the toe band, crisscross straps over the instep, 4 inch stiletto heels and a heel cup with a zipper. For me, zippers don’t add anything to the looks of a shoe and, to a fairly small degree, they detract from the overall beauty. But the crisscross wouldn’t be the same if there were buckles.
The Fit: Since it’s a 6.5 M, I’m positive I bought it at a brick and mortar store where I tried it on. It’s snug through the toes and the straps are tight across the instep. I probably thought they would stretch a bit with a lot of wear. Except I don’t wear any of my shoes a lot….
Comfort: Most of the time, I wear the shoes from the second photo of the shoot until I’m done with the review. I’m regretting that today. I’ve got little toes being squished and I think my feet are going to sleep from those straps cutting off circulation. Other than that, they aren’t terribly uncomfortable, the heel isn’t too high and there’s no additional pain from the toe band associated with standing or walking.
